Your life changes when you make a fist-pounding decision to MOVE!  To reactivate those parts of your body that have been sedentary too long.  If this is a starting point for you, start off by going for a walk, or going up and down some stairs, or even just getting on your bed and jumping up and down!  This is known as rebounding…acceleration and deceleration, and a more practical way to do that is on a rebounder, which I will talk more about in a later post.

If you are an athlete already, no matter what level, what can you do to up your game?  To take on the mindset of a champion?  It could be adding a few more pounds to your repetitions.  It could be wearing a weighted vest when you do your power walk.  How about increasing the intensity on your cardio of choice so you reset your target heart rate?
